The Right to Health Care: A second website operated by Project EINO focused on this basic human right. The website describes in detail the legal foundation and arguments, specifically why this right must be considered valid U.S. domestic law already based on current documents.

The Labor Party has an ongoing organizing effort for a national health insurance program (single-payer health care).  The site explains precisely what they would like to see.

US Health Reform: An outstanding website for material on the US pharmaceutical industry, their super-profits, mythology and friends in Congress

Health Care Problems: A Collection of Problems with the U. S. Health Care System.

Talking Eyes Media has a powerful online slideshow on the uninsured and is supportive of Project EINO's work.

Citizens for a National Health Program works with a focus on federal legisltation towards a single payer health care system in the USA.

Kaiser Family Foundation probably has the best website of any foundatin in the public health arena, at least from the perspective of a group with our interests.  The reports and documents supplied and linked from this site are truly impressive.  A new area of their website is planned which will include updates from state legislative actions.  A great deal of the current work around the country (and what is covered by KFF.org) is incremental reform, but they have a real interest in the possibility of universal health care and do have a section of the site devoted to the uninsured.

The Alliance for Retired Americans a strong, new voice for retired workers and their families. The Alliance is not a senior citizens social club and it is not an organization formed to sell you things. It is a way for retired union members and others to make their voices heard. More than 2.5 million people are members already. Also this organization is not involved in the insurance industry as a seller, as is AARP.

Robert Woods Johnson Foundation has the other great website for a foundation in this area of public policy.  The website yields access to a good number of reports and recent news.  In general the articles most relevant to our interests are not so easy to find as at the Kaiser site, but there are some excellent ones here that can't be found elsewhere.  Apparently, no planned emphasis on the actions in states towards universal health care.

A Plan for Universal Health Care (at auniversalhealthcareplan.com ) is a project proposing a plan for single payer health care in the USA. Unfortunately they argue against doing state work for universal health care and are also opposed to using the "Right to Health Care" as a strategy in the movement.

Universal Health Care Action Network (at uhcan.org )pretends to be leading the grassroots movement for universal health care. Unfortunately, they contend that all work towards UHC on the state level is merely another form of incremental health care reform. They also argue that the road to UHC will be built upon "solid incremental reforms". In so far as we have had no forward movement during the last few decades of incremental reforms and also considering that the insurance companies are similarly in favor of pursuing the next few decades with incremental reforms we consider UHCAN guilty of fraud.

Covering the Uninsured ( at covertheuninsuredweek.org ) is another fraudulent organizing effort. They are backed financially by the insurance industry. Their purpose is twofold: first, to convince interested Americans that fundamental health care reform is impossible (only incremental reforms of the current system are feasible) and second to portray themselves and their friends as the leading caring advocates for the uninsured.
